What is Pranic Healing?

A no-touch, drug-free energy healing system that rests on two simple principles about how the body heals.

Every physical and emotional imbalance has an energetic counterpart. Pranic Healing works on that energy body, the aura and its chakras, so the physical body can follow.

The body heals itself

A cut closes, a fever passes, a bone knits back together. The body already has the ability to repair itself.

Prana speeds it up

Healing can be accelerated by increasing the life energy, or prana, available to the part of the body that needs it.

How a healing works

The healer works a few inches from the body. You stay clothed and relaxed throughout.

Scan

Feel the energy body for areas of congestion or depletion.

Cleanse

Remove used-up, diseased energy from the affected areas.

Energise

Project fresh prana to restore balance and vitality, then stabilise it.

The lineage

Grand Master Choa Kok Sui

The beloved founder of Modern Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga

Grand Master Choa Kok Sui was born in the Philippines to a Chinese family. A chemical engineer by training, and a businessman and philanthropist by profession, he spent more than twenty years researching how prana, the life energy that keeps the body alive, could be used to heal.

He studied healing traditions from across the world, then tested their principles carefully. The result was Pranic Healing: a clear, structured, step-by-step system that anyone could learn. He set it down in his first book in 1987, later published as Miracles Through Pranic Healing, which has since been translated into more than 30 languages.

He went on to develop Arhatic Yoga, a systematic path of spiritual practice, and continued teaching and writing until his passing in 2007. Today Pranic Healing is practised in more than 120 countries.

With profound reverence, we bow in gratitude to Grand Master Choa Kok Sui, the visionary spiritual teacher who brought the ancient wisdom of energy healing to the modern world. A brilliant thinker, researcher, author and philanthropist, he devoted his life to developing and sharing the profound teachings of Modern Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga.

Through his extraordinary wisdom, scientific approach and boundless compassion, he made the principles of Pranic Healing accessible to people across the world, empowering countless individuals to serve others and pursue a path of healing, inner growth and spiritual transformation.

Forever grateful. Forever guided by his teachings. Forever dedicated to his mission.

Hi, I'm Pragati! My path to energy healing wasn't a straight line, but looking back, every step prepared me perfectly for what I do today.

I've always been driven by a mix of deep creative curiosity and intense physical discipline. As a kid, that energy went straight into sports. I absolutely loved the grit and teamwork of hockey, eventually representing my state twice at the Women's National Hockey Championships during my school years. Later on, I pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts and spent four years working as a web designer, blending art with technology.

Healing isn't just about relieving discomfort. It's a beautiful process of recalibrating your entire life.Pragati Pullewar

His curiosity to explore new ways of improving lives led him to discover Pranic Healing. After learning about its principles, he decided to experience it for himself by enrolling in the Basic Pranic Healing course. That decision opened a new chapter in his life and gave him a deeper understanding of healing, self-development and service.
